What do you need to know?
Changed Your Mind? You may return your item within 14 days from your purchase date.
In line with our returns policy, your item(s) needs to be.
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging (with the tags)
- In a resalable condition
- With its proof of purchase
You’ll also need to return any free items that came with the product.

We do understand that at times, a product may not be what you expected. In these cases, please review the following terms and conditions of all change of mind returns.
Please note, we aim to represent the colouring of all products as accurately as possible on our website. If you are concerned about what the sofa might look like in your home, we are able to send out free fabric and leather samples. What fabrics and leathers will look like in your home will be affected by natural light, artificial light, the color of lighting in your space and any décor you may have. If you choose to return a product as the fabric doesn’t look how you hoped in your space, this is considered a change of mind return, not an issue with the product, and all below terms and conditions apply.
Change of mind returns are in addition to your rights which you may be entitled to under the England and Wales Law.
The Return
We must be notified of your intent to return the product within 14 days of you receiving your delivery. You must contact us within 14 days to be eligible for a change of mind return. You will need to arrange the return of the goods to our warehouse.
If you wish for us to collect the items, a collection charge will apply. A quotation will be provided to you within 24hrs of request. The collection charge will need to be paid before we can arrange the collection.

Order cancellation
To cancel an order of stocked items and receive a full refund, we must be notified prior to the items being dispatched from our warehouse. We will aim to process your refund as soon as we can after receiving your notification.
Custom size made sofas cannot be returned or cancelled once the production has been started.
Refund Process
Once items have been returned to our warehouse, they will be inspected. Provided everything is in good order, we will process your refund, minus the original delivery charge. Refunds can take between 3-5 days to process.
